OUR ROOMS
We offer two types of rooms, standard and superior. Both types of rooms are sea facing. Standard rooms are smaller, some slightly elevated, with a sea facing veranda and hardly twenty metres from the sea.
Superior rooms are more spacious with a sea facing veranda. They are situated at beach level, with the sea directly in front of the rooms.

Our Standard Rooms are ideal for budget travellers and backpackers. The rooms are furnished, well ventilated and spacious with 24 hours room service. Relish the panoramic sea view from your private balcony.

SEA FACING SUPERIOR ROOMS

Our special superior rooms are built in the traditional Kerala style architecture with high ceilings and hand cut yellow laterite stones with terracotta flooring combined with a thatched roof gives our room a natural cooling effect. Also another unique feature is a long and spacious veranda barely 10 meters from the secluded white sand beach , Kizhunna Ezhara beach which gives you a direct access to the beach.

Terms and Condition
- Check in time 2 PM
- Check out time 11 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and it’s an additional charges are applicable.
- Guest are requested to check in before sun set
- No loud music allowed in public areas, the beach house is about the peace and tranquility in the surrounding areas.
- Regarding car parking-Vehicle has to be parked on the cliff area and have to walk 250 meters to reach the property.
- All luggages will carried by our staff from car parking to the property.
- Pick up and drop from Kannur railway station or near by area will be arranged at actual cost.
Sea-side Living
Simplicity and care are the defining elements of our cottages and villas at Chera Rocks. Made mostly with local materials and infused with a native aesthetic, these become abodes of pleasure and privacy of an unusual kind to make you feel truly at home. You will note with delight that the bathrooms - our piece de resistance - have been designed to mimic nature as you get to bathe under open skies with rustling leaves, whispering winds and shimmering stars for company. Again, in a departure from the norm, our rooms have no TV. Our reasoning for this was a simple one: why would you need a TV when you could watch spectacular sunsets, rolling ocean waves and swaying trees displayed live before you each day?
